Following a few simple steps will help preserve the absorbent technology and the overall fit: 

• After each use, rinse the underwear in cold water until the water runs clear. Hold off on using hot water until after you’ve rinsed the blood from the panties; heat can set blood stains and make them a lot harder to get out.
• Place the rinsed underwear in the washing machine with similar colors and wash on a cold, gentle cycle.
• Hang the underwear to air dry whenever possible to keep the absorbent gusset in great shape. If you need to use a dryer, choose low heat only.
