Replacement & Return Policy
If you're not happy with your Saalt product, we'll send you a replacement you'll love or your money back up to a full year from purchase. Why? We know that learning to use reusables can take time, but we promise to be with you every step of the way. From video tutorials to live tips and personalized help from our dedicated Saalt Coaches, we’re here to help and cheer you to Saalt bliss. Your Saalt(isfaction) guaranteed.
Saalt Cups and Discs:
We’re confident you’re going to love your cup or disc! We know there’s a learning curve with using a new menstrual product, so we’re here to help! Reach out anytime at sayhey@saalt.com for personalized help to get you to period bliss. Try it out, work with our coaches, and if you’re still not satisfied with your cup or disc after 2 periods, we’ll send you a replacement or refund you for the purchase of your product.* Since Saalt products are regulated as medical devices, we can’t offer returns or exchanges. We will honor a refund for up to one year from the date of purchase, as long as a proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is provided.
Saalt Wear:
To ensure you choose the best fit before you order, check out our Saalt Wear size guide or reach out to our Saalt Coaches at sayhey@saalt.com for personalized help. If you’re not satisfied with your Saalt Wear, we’ll send you a new pair in another size or refund you for the purchase of your Saalt Wear* within one year of your original order date. If you're interested in a refund or exchange of your Saalt Wear, please click here to use our self-service portal. Please note: If you order multiple pairs of Saalt Wear in the same style and are not sure how they will fit, we ask that you only open and try on one pair first to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
*Saalt is not able to refund shipping or import fees/taxes. Replacement orders outside of the US and UK are subject to shipping and duty fees.
