You can use detergent but pass on the fabric softener, bleach, or iron to protect the tech. Proudly hang dry—energy efficient and free. We recommend avoiding putting Saalt Wear in the dryer, as high temperatures can degrade the elastics and fabric over time.

They told me to keep them, so I did. The size Small fit nicely, they absorb well although I no longer have periods. I'm not sure if I will order more as I have other brands that I like as much. These are made of a mesh material so they are a bit sticky when I pull my pants up over them. Other than that they are nice enough, cost is good, customer service is good, and I'll think about ordering more in a few months."
