Saalt Soft Duo Pack

$47

The Saalt Soft Cup is made with an ultra-soft silicone formula designed to be both gentle and super comfortable for those with bladder sensitivity, cramping or discomfort with firmer cups. Now offered as a duo pack with both sizes for those with a flow or cervix height that varies more throughout your period. It includes both sizes to ensure full coverage from your lightest to your heaviest days. The reusable soft silicone cup is worn internally like a tampon, but collects‚ rather than absorbs‚ your period. It stays in place by creating a seal between the cup and your vaginal wall. Once your cup is filled, you simply empty, rinse, and reinsert the cup for up to another 12 hours of protection. Heel clicks and hallelujahs!

Now FSA/HSA reimbursement eligible.

Put A Cup In It Collaboration

The Saalt Soft was designed in collaboration with the cup experts at Put A Cup In It, who have helped over a million menstruators find their goldilocks cup.

"Our goal was to create, with Saalt, a cup that would combine their "just right" shape with a new, softer firmness that is ideal for those with sensitivities. Saalt, who is wonderfully receptive to customer feedback, immediately loved the idea, and we couldn't be more excited to bring this collaboration to life. We love our Saalt Soft and think you will, too."

- Kim Rosas & Amanda Hearn, Put A Cup In It

Choosing A Size

Size

While flow and cervix height are important indicators, also consider:

  • Teen/petite physique: If you’re a younger person or very petite, you may consider starting off with a teen cup.
  • Vaginal insertion: If you haven’t comfortably inserted anything in your vagina before, we recommend the size small.
  • Childbirth: If you’ve carried a pregnancy to term, you may prefer the size regular.

We think you're going to love your cup! Because Saalt menstrual cups are regulated as medical devices, we don't offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, if your cup is damaged or you don't love it after a few cycles, reach out to us and we'll make it right.Learning to use your cup is like learning to tie your shoes. It can take some time, but with just a little practice, it'll become second nature. Our Cup Gurus are here to hold your hand every step of the way, but metaphorically... because you'll need your hand. ;)
