A well-inserted Saalt cup offers a secure, leak-proof seal, even on your heaviest days. If you’re experiencing leaks, it may take a few tries and tweaks, like ensuring the cup is fully open or placed in the right spot. Most leaks come from positioning or size issues, and our team is here to help with one-on-one support.

Wash your hands first, then fold the cup (most people like the C-fold or punch-down fold). Gently slide the folded cup in, aiming it slightly toward your tailbone. When it’s inside, let it open and give it a small tug to make sure it’s sealed.

It might feel a little awkward the first couple of tries, and that’s totally normal. Just relax, take your time, and your body will figure out what feels right. If you ever feel stuck, Saalt Coaches are always there to help you out!

Yes! One of the best parts of switching to a menstrual cup is the ability to sleep through the night without worrying about leaks or having to wake up for changes. Saalt cups are designed for reliable all-night protection, giving you up to 12 hours of comfortable wear. Simply insert your cup before heading to bed, and you can rest easy knowing it will keep working while you sleep.
