2: Insert
Insert the disc fully and tuck behind your pubic bone.

3: Remove
After up to 12 hours of wearing your disc, simply remove it by hooking your finger in the custom finger hold and gently pulling out your disc. Then wash your disc, insert, and get back to living your best life.

In general, we recommend that most new disc users start with the size regular, unless you have a low cervix, or you’re a teen or young adult.
