Meet the Saalt
Period Disc, at your cervix.

The Saalt Disc is a soft, reusable silicone disc that collects your flow without relying on suction to stay in place. High capacity, sustainable, simple to use, and you can wear it during sex.

Here’s how it works.

The Saalt Disc is inserted like a tampon, but collects rather than absorbs your flow. The disc rests around the cervix for leak-free comfort, all day or night. Flexible, flat fit allows for mess-free intimacy.

And here’s how
you use it.

1: Fold
With clean hands, pinch your disc into a figure 8.

2: Insert
Insert the disc fully and tuck behind your pubic bone.

3: Remove
After up to 12 hours of wearing your disc, simply remove it by hooking your finger in the custom finger hold and gently pulling out your disc. Then wash your disc, insert, and get back to living your best life.

I've used a reusable menstrual disc before, but it wasn't quite right. It didn't fit perfectly, so there was some leakage, and it was difficult to remove. The Saalt Disc fits my body perfectly—no leaks! And the notch makes removal so much easier. I'm really happy with it!

  • Jordan E.

I've tried many cups and discs but this is the best disc I've used so far. I love the grip part because it makes it easy to remove it! It also doesn't collect the blood smell and the Saalt Wash is a great addition. I've used it for two cycles now and so far it's held up very well to boiling temps. I do not regret making this purchase at all.
