Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for domestic orders to arrive. For international orders, please allow 10-25 business days for orders to arrive. Hooray! What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Quadpay and dark couverture chocolate.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for domestic orders via USPS over $75 USD. All other domestic orders are subject to $4.95 (via USPS) for orders under $75 USD. International shipping fees may vary.

Can I use my FSA/HSA?

Tax free period anyone? Yes! Saalt products are HSA/FSA eligible. Simply pay for your Saalt Cup or Saalt Wear using your debit card or/ credit card and submit your receipt to your insurance plan administrator for reimbursement.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, because periods happen everywhere, Saalt will happily ship to you! If you are located outside of the U.S., UK, or EU, international delivery may take up to 25 business days. Reduce your carbon footprint (and shipping costs) by first checking for a retailer near you.

 

When will my order arrive?

We’ll ship your order within three business days, so watch for an email with tracking information. Hooray! You’re one step closer to period bliss.
