Take good care of Saalt Wear, and it will take great care of you. After use, rinse your workout underwear in cold water to release stains. Next, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably inside a Saalt Mesh Laundry Bag for seamless or lace delicates. We recommend skipping the bleach, softener, and iron to preserve your gym underwear. Once washed, hang dry to protect the fibers and stay energy-efficient. Avoiding the dryer helps maintain the strength of the gusset and elasticity.

Go with your flow! Flow levels vary, so comfort and absorbency depend on your body and chosen style. For example, many use Saalt Wear as a backup during high-flow workouts or as gym underwear on lighter days. Our leakproof layers hold up to 3x their weight in liquid, making them perfect for long days, training sessions, or post-exercise rest.
