"These are so comfortable and flattering I’d wear them when not on my period. They would be good for sweaty gym days when you want something that won’t show under your leggings. That said, I would only wear them as backup to other methods during my period. They fit more snug than other saalt underwear. For example the S fits me in these but I would wear a XS in most other saalt styles."
