I cannot tell you how much I rely on this style. I’ve tried other styles, but the design of this lace one is the most comfortable option I’ve found.
Love this for back up protection on heavier days. Also great for beginning/end of my period. I love how it doesn't look bulky and keeps me feeling cute. I'll be getting a couple more pairs
I am a 51 year old menopausal aerial dancer who has had one vaginal delivery and sometimes I leak urine when dancing. This thong has been a lifesaver. No more darting to the bathroom in the middle of class (or performing) because I am worried that I have peed. Thank you so much for creating this amazing product.
PS I tried the mesh and seamless versions of the thong which did not work as well because of fit and Saalt was amazing at giving me a refund even though they had been worn.
When it comes to period underwear Saalt brand is the way to go. I've tried others and while they worked for being leak free the other brands haven't developed a product that leaves you feeling fresh. Somehow these panties keep you feeling dry and fresh while others make you feel stuffy with no air flow. I do feel they are a little over priced but I try to find them on sale. Also with these specific ones I bought a large (after reading reviews) and they fit perfectly. I usually wear a medium in underwear and a size 4 in pants.
My daily wear item! When you are of a certain age, sometimes when you sneeze, you might have a little dribble. These keep me comfortable, protected, and not adding to a landfill with liners.
I do think the thongs run small because I usually wear a S, but the M is very snug. I recall this is stated on their product description, so I appreciate them adding that as I can see myself returning/exchanging the S as that's what I would've gotten. Fits well, doesn't even feel like period underwear with how thin the absorbent area is. My flow is so light, I've never had leaks, I do think Saalt Wear can definitely stand up to heavier flows but can't speak to that personally.
Thin profile, solid fit, lace is even so soft. I'm usually not one to like lace but these are so soft and comfy I don't even feel like I'm wearing lace.
Have bought other period underwear brands in the past but Saalt is WAY higher quality, love their rewards program and overall the underwear are just way softer and more absorbent than other brands

Great period panties! I've used another brand before Saalt and they were much thicker and less comfortable in the gusset. Saalt manages to actually still be close to my 'barely there' regular panties/thongs under clothes, even workout leggings, without bunching or riding up uncomfortably. I listened to the other reviews and sized up in this style - they fit approximately the same as the size medium panties from the Light Day Medium 3-pack.
I move around a lot during my workday and so I needed a period undergarments that work...No gaps, no stiff fabric that chafes, and especially NO LEAKS. The Saalt thong performs. I use a period cup that needs a backup system (because I have had two kids vaginally). So happy with these and side note also great for those impromptu sneezes or fast moves that create a bladder surprise too.
