My husband didn't even think they were period underwear! These are perfect for the gym and running in because you can't see the underwear line in shorts or leggings and they are so comfortable.
These are very comfortable, I can barely feel them on my skin and I love that now I can have protection when I am wearing all my light colored summer clothes
My daughter has sensory challenges and these are the only true seamless period panties we could find. They fit her well and she loves them -- we ordered every seamless brand out there.
The material is great. Thin, soft, and the absorbency hasn’t failed me once. They fit true to size. I’m between a L and XL, ordered a L.. and they fit great.
I normally use a size L in underwear but for these, you definitely need to size down. And I discovered that these are not a great running underwear- the part where the padded portion ends on the backside was causing some friction against my backside. Overall, these have a very comfortable, not wedgy- causing, feeling for walking around, just not to exercise in.
These are the best for leaks. I’m 145lbs, 5’6” with narrow hips and the mediums are roomy but comfy. I bought the smalls to go under workout clothes and they are snug but not tight. I’m really weird about textures/fabric touching me unless I’m actively exercising so I tend to buy undies on the larger size for daily use. The mediums sag on my butt at the end of the day but the smalls do not. I think a regular woman my size without the sensory stuff would be happy with a small. Godspeed.
These are so comfortable and feel barely there. Obsessed! I had not worn saalt before and typically wear a 2x in underwear (jeans 18-20) and I needed a 3x in this specific pair. All other saalt underwear I needed a 4x and the hanky panky saalt collection I wore an XL so lots of surprise sizing.

These are very comfortable and fit exactly the way I wanted them to. They are true to size and the liner is long enough that I'm not worried about a leak. I stay dry in them and can move all around with risking it shifting and a leak happening. These are amazing.
Fits super comfortably. Seamless is right; No poking or "cutting" into the waistline. Nonvisible under jeans, pants, thick leggings. No worrying about if your pad is visible or your tampon is leaking. I used it on high flow days as a back up with a disk. Normal days it absorbs and then "goes away" with no odor or wetness. I have used three other brands before and Saalt is a million times over the best.

I got size XL. I do think I should have sized down. Large is my usual size but I thought maybe a size up would make me feel good as I get so bloated. The fabric feels great but also one of those fabrics that make me feel like they will fall down. They don't actually fall down. I think it is just a me thing. I love the absorbency of these period underwear. All their underwear that I have tried has been perfection when it comes to absorbing.

If XL feels a touch relaxed, your usual Large will likely feel more secure while keeping that smooth, no-panty-line finish. I have used a few different brands of period underwear the past few years. These Saalt brand ones are not only the most comfortable, but also the least visible under clothing and still very absorbent. I truly wish I had these growing up. Luckily my daughter will be this lucky. 😊

These are my fav of all the styles, I'm a size 10/12, curvy. They fit comfortably, I'm not bothered by the liner. They go well under a dress or skirt. I havent had a heavy flow in them tbh, but comfort wise they are great.

These are my favorite Saalt wear. I was having issues finding a long enough gusset and not having extreme muffin top with a pair I felt secure in to not leak. These are perfect and comfortable enough to wear all day with high waisted pants or leggings.

I have other period underwear that I love, but I needed something that would work better under tighter clothing, and these are perfect! They fit well, are seamless under dresses or leggings, and the perfect backup to a disc! I have not yet tried them as the primary but I am sure they will perform well for lighter flow days.

Perfect to wear around the house or on errands as that are thinner than the boy shorts I wear overnight. Soft and great protection
I have tried a variety of brands of period underwear. I just happened upon a pair of these one day at my local CVS on a clearance rack and decided to try them. What a game changer! I am so glad I took that chance. These are by far the best period underwear I have purchased yet. They are very comfortable and they do their job. And so far I haven't had any issues with washing. Some of the other brands don't hold up well after the wash cycle or the material seems to feel different afterwards.

I've bought three different styles of panties from here and the style by far is the most comfortable. I did size down and I think that helped. They are perfect for Wearin all day, seamless comfortable, and absorbent. Love them!
