Care Instructions
Sanitize your cup before first use and before or after each period. You can do this by boiling your cup, wiping with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or using the Saalt Steamer or Saalt Compact Sanitizer.
During your period, you will want to clean your cup at least once every 12 hours. You can do so by rinsing the cup with cold water (to prevent staining) and then washing the cup with hot water and Saalt Wash or another wash that is mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free, oil-free, and rinses clean with no residue.

Bust Measurement: Wearing a bra with no padding (preferably with an underwire to give the needed lift), measure around the fullest part of your bust. Round the measurement to the nearest inch.

How to use a reusable menstrual cup:
First, fold your cup and insert it horizontally toward your tailbone.
Once filled (or after 12 hours), simply empty, clean, and reinsert the cup.
Absolutely the best. Used other brands, they were difficult to insert, leaked and uncomfortable.
These are amazing. Took 1-2 trys to get the hang of inserting and removal. Zero leaks. Don't even know its there! Great product!

Amazing. I thought about purchasing for a while, and now I wish I would've done so sooner! So much less stress using these and the education is incredibly helpful.
Everything is super great so far! Takes a little getting used to at first but after a couple times you get the hang of it. The seal holds really well and I have not had any leaks. Love it and will continue to use!
I've been a cup user for going on 16 years and I didn't think I could be surprised at the cup experience. Well color me surprised! I bought the dual size on a lark, hoping the larger size would be helpful for my heavier days but I underestimated how nice it would be to have two sizes! The smaller cup is great for low flow days, and the larger is a champ for those heavy days. If anyone is wondering if having two sizes would be useful, it is :}

This is my first time using a Saalt cup, and I quite liked how easy it was to use. The grip rings make it easy to remove, and the large air holes allow for easy suction. They only thing that I wish was a bit different would be how thick the cup is for the air holes. I find that since they are so deep, it is hard to clean the inside of the holes. Other than that, these cups are great! I would highly recommend to advanced or beginner cup users!

On the deeper air holes, a couple quick cleaning tips that can help: fill the cup with water, press the opening to your palm, and squeeze to flush water through the holes; or pinch/roll the rim under running water to flex the channels open. A soft interdental brush or soft toothbrush can help with any stubborn spots-avoid anything sharp. We're also sharing your feedback with our product team.

I had been using a different menstrual cup for about three years, but over the past 2-3 months, I started experiencing issues with it not opening up or fitting properly. After some observation, I realized that my cervix sits lower during the last couple of days of my period. In those cases, the small cup works better. For the earlier days, I use the regular-sized one, which remains just as comfortable and soft as ever.

I wish I would've found this cup sooner. It would've made highschool sports and activities so much easier. I put in the cup during the morning and I don't have to worry about it all day.
I did enjoy the flexibility of these cups, they're super soft and easy to fold. However I don't think the regular size works well with my body, as I had problems with positioning the bigger one... so I'm going to stick with the smaller size. I've used cups before but this one is definitely the most comfortable when it's sitting correctly lol. Overall I'd say this one is my favorite and the colors are nice too! I also go the steamer with these and man it's made the crappy week out of the month so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you have or were looking to give them a try! You can find little tutorial videos everywhere on how to use each product too
I am no stranger to menstrual cups, I have tried several brands and sizes of cups/disks to find the perfect one for me. The biggest struggle is the discomfort with a cup, I could feel the cup and some days it was just easier to use a disposable menstrual product. I decided to try the soft duo and I am so glad I did! Once I used it I knew this was the product for me. I felt no discomfort when inserting the cup and it was undetectable. I never felt more confident in wearing a cup and now I can finally ditch disposable products and solely use a cup.
Today is only my second day using my cup and so far I really like it. There is definitely a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it, putting it in and taking it out has gotten a lot easier. I kept it in for the full 12 hours and even went ice skating today and experienced no leaks! I was able to go to the bathroom throughout the day with no problems. I am also pleasantly surprised with how clean it is. I thought that when removing it I might get blood on my fingers, however, that is not the case. I was also worried about spilling when removing it, however, I have found it pretty easy to remove without spilling. My advice to beginners would be to try different positions when putting it in and taking it out. At first I was having problems taking it out, but once I found the position that works for me, removing it became very easy. Using the cup has resolved all my problems that I've experienced with tampons. I really enjoy not having to worry about my period except for in the morning and then at night.

I use Saalt products for demonstrations and teaching self care. The packaging is beautiful and presents well. I also personally use Saalt products and have saved hundreds of dollars by using the reusable mentstrual cups. Great for the environment and great for your health!
I started using a cup 10 years ago and had the same cup for those 10 years. It was time for a replacement and an upgrade, and I'm so glad I chose this pack. The softer one is great for the beginning of my period, and the firmer one is perfect for my heavier days. The first time I used these, I was on a big hiking trip, and I was able to do 9 miles, gaining 2,600 feet to some alpine lakes with no leaks or issues! 20/10 recommend.
I did some research before buying the product. There is SO much information provided by SAALT before buying anything. When I received the two cups I bought, it also came with very clear and easy to read instruction on maintenance of the cups and how to use it. It also had a bunch of information about the cups and showed me a picture of 2 girls my purchase is helping (super enduring).
So far I am really enjoying the cups! They sit nicely (hardly even feel them) when they are in. I had a little bit of leaking at the start (I run super heavy my first two days) but I didn't set the cup correctly at first either. I couldn't leave it in the full 12 hours which is not a big deal as I have a heavy flow. The instructions say you CAN leave it in UP TO 12 hours. Doesn't mean you have to go all the way to 12 hours. There is a small learning curve on how to use it at first, but worth it!
I would like to add that you cannot be squeamish about menstrual blood or being intimate down there to use a cup or disc. You will get blood on you the first few times you use the products as part of learning how to use it. Make sure you have a way to wash the cup off after taking it out. It can be awkward standing there with someone washing their hands as you wash off your cup. It's not particularly public bathroom friendly so plan accordingly.
But other than that it is a really good quality product, does what it says it does, helps keep the earth clean, and money in the pocket. 10/10 will be recommending to my friends and family.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be using this much. While it is comfortable once it is in, it is so difficult to remove. I wish the cup had some sort of ring on the end to help with removal. The stick at the end just slips. I was worried it was stuck in there forever! I wanted to like this product so much, I am really saddened by the fact I won't be using much.

After experiencing discomfort with pads and tampons, I decided to buy these and they did not disappoint! I now feel more comfortable during my cycle and experience way less pain and cramping.
I love the duo, both sizes are helpful when my PCOS is making things unpredictable. I have been raving to everyone about switching, especially with tampons now having hazardous materials. Plus you can use the bathroom without having to waste products! What's not to love?
I was initially intimidated and overwhelmed by all of the recent news regarding tampons and had been wanting to try cups anyways. Therapist process has been literally and mentally painless aside from navigating the first 5 minutes of how to insert/remove. You get the hang of it fast and it really does save so much overall time and money and peace of mind. Well worth the change and long overdue honestly.

I'd never tried a menstrual cup before and the small soft one worked flawlessly the first time I tried! Life changing. It's definitely a learning process to get it up in there in position, and you can't be too shy about feeling around to make sure it's in place, but it has been so worth it. I have quite heavy periods so I'll be trying the bigger one next cycle for even longer protection. (Pro tip: save effort and avoid mess by changing and washing in the shower when possible!)

Really soft, I use the diva cup before and is so uncomfortable that I need to cut the sterm but it still hurt so I bought a disc and I hesitate to buy a cup again but when I try this one nothing can compare, is so comfortable!! you cant feel anything and is not leaking compare to the diva.. I dont even need to cut the sterm.. leave everything as it is!! The best!!
I had been using the regular Saalt cup for a few months and noticed that my cramps were feeling significantly worse than I was used to. I don't have a history of getting bad cramps regularly and it took me a couple months to realize it might be the harder cup. I switched to the softer ones and cramps are back to my normal, much lower, much more tolerable level! I love having the two different sizes so I can use the smaller one on lighter days, or days when I'll be able to empty it more frequently. The bigger one can last me a full workday without issue. Highly recommend.
Finally, cups that I can use!!! I've tried other popular brands, but was never able to be (somewhat) comfortable on that first, crampy, day until I found these soft cups. Looking forward to a tampon free life!
