Care Instructions
Sanitize your cup before first use and before or after each period. You can do this by boiling your cup, wiping with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or using the Saalt Steamer or Saalt Compact Sanitizer.
During your period, you will want to clean your cup at least once every 12 hours. You can do so by rinsing the cup with cold water (to prevent staining) and then washing the cup with hot water and Saalt Wash or another wash that is mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free, oil-free, and rinses clean with no residue.

Bust Measurement: Wearing a bra with no padding (preferably with an underwire to give the needed lift), measure around the fullest part of your bust. Round the measurement to the nearest inch.

How to use a reusable menstrual cup:
First, fold your cup and insert it horizontally toward your tailbone.
Once filled (or after 12 hours), simply empty, clean, and reinsert the cup.
Soo I recently purchased period underwear but I didn't get the super absorbency. I reached out to the Saalt customer service and they were super helpful with helping me exchange my items. After a lot of research I decided to use the cups. And my oh my I can't live without them now. My period was mess free, no leaking, no feeling of my period gushing out of my body. The cup insertion and removal was a learning curve but you get used to it. It does feel weird at first but once u get it into right position then it feels like a breeze. If you have heavy painful periods and hate the feeling of changing pads or leaking during ur sleep, go for the cup. My next thought is to use the disc in future so will be placing an order soon. Love it and highly recommend it. I did purchase the steamer and the wash. The steamer is the best thing you can combine with as it helps sanitize the cup very quickly. Very happy over all. Love having both as i wasnt worried about choosing the right size. They work great, the tabs at the base trim easily (my preference) and having the option of something larger on heavy days and smaller/easier to insert on lighter days is great. Well worth the investment

I've been using different brands of menstrual cups since 2018 and was ready to try a new brand. Saalt has cute colors and extra items that convinced me to try! The steamer!!!!! LADIES!! I've tried Saalt once before and loved the quality but questioned whether the softer cup was right for me. I decided to give the regular cups a shot, and I've found I do like them better. I find the softer cup, at least in the larger size, feels great and comfortable, however it can be tough to extract due to the high suction juxtaposed with the soft material. There is no problem with extraction with these. Love them!

Really love that these are tinted and don't show stain like my previous one. It's not a huge deal but it's a nice plus. Also love the bigger size because since I've had a baby apparently now I have a "wide set vagina and a heavy flow" *crying face*. Totally worth it though. I've been using a cup for the past 7 years and it's incredible. I will never use tampons again.

I will amid I was very nervous at first used. It was very awkward to use and my first period with this pack I couldn't get it right. The second period I felt more confident and learn more about my body on how to use this. Finaly for my third period I was fully comfortable with the cup. So, it will take some time but once you go it, it's easy sailing.

I needed something to use during my triathlons. The Saalt cup was perfect. Hassle free, comfortable incognito and allowed me to race without any worries.
Don't put it too far up or you have to do a lot of squats to be able to reach with your fingers. This material is really hard so it felt like squeezing a hard ball. If it was like the disc it would be easier to remove. The bigger size was easier to find since the pink one kept getting lost. Thank goodness I only had to worry about changing it every 12 hrs!
I love being able to buy 2 different t cup sizes for my period. The lighter one comes in handy near the end where my flow is lighter but I still need something to prevent ruining my underwear. I am so impressed with the quality of this product and how easy it was to wear both day and night!!
The quality and colors are great. The keep is good too.
The small size is a bit too small for me but I use it only when I'm spotting heavily. I'm usually a heavy bleeder so would have been nice to have a bigger cup. The larger one in this pack is not large enough for me.
Also, it's hard to pull the cup out from the stem and wish they had small nubs or balls for more traction. Instead- I have to really put my hand up there and squeeze the bottom of the cup to suction it out.
Overall- good quality but has its downsides for me.
I wanted to try the cup and the small fit well but my flow was too heavy and the large cup quite uncomfortable. Since it is my first time with the cup there is a learning curve and removing it was cleaner than a disc but also difficult.

The cups came in very adorable packaging that utilized all the space. The cup stems were as soft as advertised, I was worried about that. As well as the bags that hold the cups were very soft; the bags reminded me of soft pillow cases.

I bought this because I'm doing a 65 day walking pilgrimage where I won't have access to a bathroom whenever I need to change a tampon, and pads don't work when you're walking 10-15 miles in 100+ degree weather. The menstrual cup is amazing. I never want to go back to other products. It's highly functional - gets you through a 10-15 mile day with nonstop events on either end of the walking.
I absolutely love my saalt cups. The two sizes make it easy to switch depending on how heavy my flow is. I used to be skeptical of cups, but after trying these, I'm so happy I decided to give it a try. I love that I can leave it in all day and night with no problems.
These SAALT cups are extremely helpful when dealing with my period every month. Reduces expenses on tampons, better for the environment, and it is more comfortable when using with no string. You have to get used to the fit, placement, and movement of the cup, but once you do, I found it much better. You do not have to empty it as much as a tampon either!

Wish I had tried these sooner! With a varied flow during my period it was very hard to get the right absorbency tampon at the right times. With the cup I can wear for any amount of flow. I've had no leaks at all and since I can start using it before my period starts, I can be ready anytime, anywhere! Added bonus- no wrapper or applicator waste, so it helps the planet too!
I am relatively tight down there so I thought the smaller size would be good but wasn't sure so I got the 2 pack with both sizes. The larger one actually fit me better. And of course it holds more. I sleep in these, and sometimes forget I'm even on my period because there is no mess throughout the day or in the morning. Love love! Highly recommend
The first cycle, I hated it. It leaked, I was miserable and even dropped it in the toilet at one point. I gave it another go the next cycle and it was completely different! I thought this was the best thing!! It just clicked in my brain and was so much easier to work with and zero leaks. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and happy I bought it!!

This is a great pack for beginners who aren't sure what size they need. I ended up using both but mostly the regular one. This thing makes periods so much easier, I can't believe I didn't try one sooner. So happy with this purchase.
As a first time user, I wasn't sure what size I would need so I got the duo pack. I think it will be nice to have both sizes for light and heavy days too.
Both these cups are wonderful and I can have them in all school day (college) without needing to replace or worry about dumping them out! You don't even feel them when they are in!
