Care Instructions

After use, rinse your Saalt Wear leakproof underwear in cold water to help avoid staining. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably in a Saalt Mesh Laundry Bag intended for delicates. You can use detergent but pass on the fabric softener, bleach, or iron to protect the tech. Proudly hang dry—energy efficient and free. We recommend avoiding putting Saalt Wear in the dryer, as high temperatures can degrade the elastics and fabric over time.

"These are the best cycle panties I have tried so far. They feel the most normal, not like wearing a diaper or having a huge seam right across your cheeks. I would say I have a fairly regular flow nothing super heavy but I literally can't even tell and never feel wet. I can wear them all day and I don't get cramps like I do with a tampon. They actually also work great for those times when you sneeze or laugh too hard and a little drizzle comes out LOL. I don't worry that it's going to come out onto my pants. I didn't experience any wedges which I very much appreciate and they don't look like giant granny panties."

"I got the heavy absorbency and have worn these on my medium flow days and twice they have leaked through within 3 hours. I do not have a heavy flow and have worn other brands for 12 hours with no issues. Would not recommend unless you have a very light flow. On the plus side, the material is so soft and comfortable."

sadly useless

"Sadness. . . I really wanted to love my new underwear but it leaks. I switched to Saalt after more than 2 years of using a different brand (I know that period underwear works), and at first liked it so much. The fabric is really smooth and nice to touch, especially the gusset area. But then it started leaking - I bled through my underwear at work today and it was super embarrassing. I wore a heavy flow pair (and my period is not even that heavy), I've only had it for a few months, hand washed and air dried. It's the third time that my underwear leaked but this time I wasn't home to change. Sadly, I bought 10 pairs including shorts for sleeping and briefs for heaver and lighter days. And now I can't even trust it or go outside. . . So disappointed. . ."
