Flushability

We know what you’re thinking. “Are these wipes actually safe to flush?” Yes! These wipes pass the test! Saalt Intimate Cleansing Wipes have been tested at an independent lab and meet INDA GD4 guidelines for flushability.

A few things to keep in mind: Only flush one wipe at a time in well-maintained sewer and septic systems without a history of clogs or backups. Do NOT flush into RV, marine, or aviation systems, macerator toilets, or household basement pumps. Don’t put into a system that has fat or grease in any drain (ew!), if you’re unsure of system capability, or if it violates local rules. Following these guidelines will keep you (and your plumber) happy. Of course, if you notice any problem after flushing, stop flushing wipes and dispose of them in the trash instead.
