After use, rinse your Saalt Wear leakproof underwear in cold water to help avoid staining. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably in a Saalt Mesh Laundry Bag intended for delicates. You can use detergent but pass on the fabric softener, bleach, or iron to protect the tech. Proudly hang dry—energy efficient and free. We recommend avoiding putting Saalt Wear in the dryer, as high temperatures can degrade the elastics and fabric over time.

The comfort material is very soft and is barely noticeable while wearing. I like the thong as a panty liner replacement, as the gusset is good for spotting or very light days, but is not absorbent enough to keep up with my flow on heavier days. Minimal lines with jeans, but will show a bit under leggings. Fits true to size and doesn't stretch out as quick as the seamless.

These are perfect! They fit to size. I'm a 10-12 and bought size large. I always wear thongs especially when weight training. Sometimes I have leaks (I'm at that age). These catch any leaks and are so comfortable. Wearing them had given me confidence when working out again.

I ordered these per Salt employee recommendation and love it. I was having trouble with the fit of the seamless thong (lots of riding up in 2 different sizes) and I wish I'd gone to customer service first! I've searched long and large to find menstrual underwear with a slim gusset and for light weight. These are exactly what I was looking for, they fit really well and the material is so soft!

I love these as leak protection! I've used two other well known brands and find the thongs to be too stretchy/large. These fit like a normal pair of underwear with extra leak coverage. Definitely buying more.

Not just when im on my period. They are honestly the comfiest underwear ive worn.... Ever. I did probably wear the thong on a day when I should have worn a heavier pair and it did leak. But im going to amount that to user error since it states clearly that they are meant for "lighter" days. For real though Saalt, please start making regular underwear too because your shit is the bomb.

I ordered a few new pairs recently and I'm very happy! My period undies are the most stress free, gentle way for me to tend do my period; especially on crampy days when I don't want to useful disc.
I was hesitant to try these but pleasantly surprised by how much I like them. I used them as back up to my disc. They maintained a dry feeling, even after walking 3. 5 miles on the treadmill. They are also much softer than other period underwear I have tried. Would recommend!

You may not think this non-bulky thong has the power to protect you, but you would be wrong. This thong is cute and sleek, comfortable and breathable, and provides wonderful leak protection. This is why I own several.
This is exactly what I was looking for! It's the perfect layer for spotty days or if I want a backup to my cup or disc. I no longer have to use liners which I LOVE. The only thing I'll say is that I actually find the seamless thong to be even more comfortable than this one since it's so light and stretchy and this one is soft, but has a tiny bit less stretch. I have and would recommend both though!

A little on the small size so size up both otherwise very nice material and definitely did the job.
So comfortable! I am not a fan of tampons and hate that I can't wear my thongs during my monthly flow. I usually tend to wear them when its towards the end of my cycle, but its nice to have the option now. Highly recommend this brand. Great quality and so easy to clean by machine washing.
