"The area that absorbs blood is not very wide; definitely narrower than a pad. There are thick seams on either side of the absorbent area that do not absorb blood. That means if you're not sitting just right, you can easily leak out the sides. I wore these to bed and got blood all over my sheets. Both times I've worn them during the day I've gotten blood on my clothes because it leaks out the sides. I was hoping to wear this on my wedding day but there's no way I'd trust these unfortunately."

"These do what they are intended to do but there is no world where it should be claimed these are “no show”. They very much feel like wearing a diaper. The padding goes too far in the back for my needs which contributes to the diaper-like feel. I probably would not purchase again as they are expensive and way too bulky."

More than once I had this wide-eyed, oh god, this is it. This-is-where-blood-goes-everywhere-post-gush-moments. I scurried to the bathroom probably three times, each time thinking surely it has escaped. Each time, I was met with surprise (and great relief! Ha!) Not. One. Single. Leak.
