After use, rinse your Saalt Wear leakproof underwear in cold water to help avoid staining. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably in a Saalt Mesh Laundry Bag intended for delicates. You can use detergent but pass on the fabric softener, bleach, or iron to protect the tech. Proudly hang dry—energy efficient and free. We recommend avoiding putting Saalt Wear in the dryer, as high temperatures can degrade the elastics and fabric over time.

Bust Measurement: Wearing a bra with no padding (preferably with an underwire to give the needed lift), measure around the fullest part of your bust. Round the measurement to the nearest inch.

I have reached the age that brings increasingly unpredictable periods. After my first off-cycle accident, I ordered 4 pairs of these. As someone who began menstruating in the '90s, I sure wish we had products like these, but period care like this is new and somewhat intimidating. I could not be happier with them. They are as comfortable as regular underwear. By the end of the workday, I'm ready to get home and change out of them, but that's certainly a better feeling than having to suffer with panty liners all day. I have always hated when thongs have side digging, so I sized up, and I think the fit is great.

These are perfect for a menstrual cup backup. They're so comfortable, they feel like regular underwear, and I don't have to deal with tiny pantyliners. Super psyched about these! They definitely have a lighter capacity compared to bikini style underwear, but they're perfect for my needs. I hand wash and hang dry through the week.

I have a long torso so went up one size based on measurements. I have a 28" waist and 41" hips, and I'm pretty happy with the large, which is maybe a tiny bit loose at the waistband, but fits me just fine. In most brands, underwear is designed for a shorter torso, and then it squeezes me at the waist band if I purchase according to my measurements. The orange color is gorgeous, and the style is pretty. Coverage works for me, but is definitely leaning more toward skimpy than generous. I've only worn the thong once or twice and as a back-up to a cup - fits the bill for me.
Found these to be very comfortable. I've had period underwear in the past that looked bulky and awkward but these are sleek and still cute to wear. Works effectively as a pantyliner would for spotting or extra protection from tampon leaks.
I love the soft tones of the new mesh line, and although thongs are never the most comfortable, I never really thought about this one throughout my work day when I wore it as back-up protection. A solid option for day 3-4 of my period when I am past the bloating stage and wanting something cuter to wear!

They look great and are not bulky under leggings. They seem to keep things mostly dry for light or normal days. Would recommend. I wear a six and don't like clothes too snug, the medium fit perfect.

The main area I leak is the front of standard pads/liners so I have been on the hunt for full or higher gusset thongs. The actual “pad” part of these only goes halfway up the front part, not the entire darker piece. Overall would buy again but I wish they made a full gusset thong!!

I am a huge fan of Saalt's period panties but I love having the thong as an option too. I often wear a cup on the heavier days of my period but I like having the support of the period thong in case there is any leaking. These were way more absorbent than I anticipated too. Highly recommend!
My cycle ranges from very heavy to very light so period underwear has been a godsend. I range between too heavy to trust a tampon and too light to need one. This is hands down my favorite brand. Love the color, very autumnal! And it's pretty dang comfy! I exist between S and M and this time went with S and it still fits very well. Granted, not as sure it would if it wasn't a thong, but hey, it works and I wear it to be dry and flirty with my significant other at the same time. 😉

I love the specific design of these. They are so cute. I have bought period underwear in the past but I found them to be too bulky/thick. This pair feels just like a regular pair of comfortable underwear. The fabric is so soft and breathable, all while being cute too. I will be purchasing more of these.

I was looking for an underwear that feels like normal underwear for spotting. THIS IS IT! I've tried other brands that are clunky and these are amazing. If I was looking for underwear that wasn't leakproof these would be A+ for comfort but the fact they solve for spotting as well makes them that much better. Just buy them! in fact, buy them in every color!
I got a medium based on another thing I have from saalt but this medium fits much bigger and is not quite the most comfortable fit for size. Fits larger than expected but still comfortable.
These panties are super comfortable and I really like the material. I would definitely size up on the seamless but anything with a mesh band I would get your regular size.
