Care Instructions
After use, rinse your Saalt Wear leakproof underwear in cold water to help avoid staining. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably in a Saalt Mesh Laundry Bag intended for delicates. You can use detergent but pass on the fabric softener, bleach, or iron to protect the tech. Proudly hang dry—energy efficient and free. We recommend avoiding putting Saalt Wear in the dryer, as high temperatures can degrade the elastics and fabric over time.

Bust Measurement: Wearing a bra with no padding (preferably with an underwire to give the needed lift), measure around the fullest part of your bust. Round the measurement to the nearest inch.
Band Measurement: Measure around the top of your rib cage where the bottom band of the bra will rest. Round the measurement to the nearest inch. Not sure about your cup size? Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. A difference of 1"=A, 2"=B, 3"=C, 4"=D, 5"=DD.
Ok I’m not going to share a photo of the whole thing lol but THESE ARE THE BEST UNDERWEAR. You can see from the picture how it sits on your skin. So smooth and soft it feels like you’re not wearing anything. I use on light days or sometimes when also wearing a tampon. I’ve tried a bunch of other brands and versions and these are BY FAR (!!!) the best.
I love the color! Super comfortable and is great on light days at the end of my cycle or as backup on have days. I felt the sizing was cut big so I would size down next time
I can’t get over how absorbent these are! The colors are adorable and I feel like I need to get every color that they have. I love how stretchy these are and you really can’t tell when I’m wearing them even if I have tight leggings on. These are a 10 out of 10 for me.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, the Saalt leakproof seamless thong surprised me tho in the best way!!The fabric is super soft, stretchy and very comfortable! I love the ultra thin gusset too! It feels so much less bulkier than I anticipated! I like too how seamless it is under clothing, no panty lines, even under my leggings!! This underwear is great quality and can be worn under any material of clothing. I love the nude and neutral colors that can blend with any skin tone and especially the fact that it is leakproof.
I am very excited to find a period underwear that is not bulky and even better its seamless. Several of my dresses and work pants are difficult to wear during my cycle and I don’t want unsightly panty lines. This thong fits well and gives me good protection throughout the day. I will be pairing it with a tampon on a heavy day but overall it’s working great.
These are my favorite daily wears - the new brighter colors are super fun, but the seamless comfort and any "wetness" - sweat, discharge, cup leaks (which I haven't ACTUALLY experienced but still get anxious about), whatever - is handled and doesn't create any discomfort. They disappear under everything and are my new go to - have them in nearly every color!

I absolutely love these leakproof period panties by SAALT. I use the period cup every month but am SO EXCITED for these panties! Sometimes our bodies just need a break! It blew me away by solving the two biggest issues I usually have with period thongs: bulkiness and obvious panty lines. The four-way stretch fabric feels weightless and silky, almost like wearing nothing, and the bonded seams really do stay 100% invisible even under my tightest workout leggings or thin dresses. What sets it apart for light days or backup is how remarkably ultra-thin and dry the gusset is, unlike traditional liners that can shift, bunch up, or feel restrictive.
I tried this model in a more full coverage and needed to size down. I was looking for options wearing with medical Neuro20 EMS suit (since the pads go on the glutes and shouldn't be covered by fabric) and CEAN lymphatic shorts.

wish the material was a little softer, but the function is incredible and the slightly stiffer material does help these to stay put all day. Should clarify that these are not uncomfortable, but just slightly less soft - I'd buy these again and they pair so well with cup or disc!

i almost only wear thongs and i love these! kept me dry on the day i was coming off my period!
These are so comfortable and flattering I'd wear them when not on my period. They would be good for sweaty gym days when you want something that won't show under your leggings. That said, I would only wear them as backup to other methods during my period. They fit more snug than other saalt underwear. For example the S fits me in these but I would wear a XS in most other saalt styles.
I had given up on wearing thongs because of my minor incontinence issues but these thongs are so comfortable and make me feel confident I won't have any embarrassing leaks.
