After use, rinse your Saalt Wear leakproof underwear in cold water to help avoid staining. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably in a Saalt Mesh Laundry Bag intended for delicates. You can use detergent but pass on the fabric softener, bleach, or iron to protect the tech. Proudly hang dry—energy efficient and free. We recommend avoiding putting Saalt Wear in the dryer, as high temperatures can degrade the elastics and fabric over time.

Bust Measurement: Wearing a bra with no padding (preferably with an underwire to give the needed lift), measure around the fullest part of your bust. Round the measurement to the nearest inch.

These are perfect for overnight use. So comfortable and no leaks no matter what level of flow I have.
Every time I got my period I would dread wearing thick pads, as those were the only things that could withstand my heavy flow. I had been debating trying period underwear for a few years now, and honestly I regret not getting them sooner. Saalt period underwear is a total game changer. I feel so comfortable wearing them, and they have helped make menstruation more manageable. I will definitely be buying more in the future.
I really like these Saalt leakproof underwear as backup protection when I’m using my menstrual disc. They give me extra peace of mind without having to wear a bulky pad, which I love. The material is super soft, lightweight, and comfortable, and they honestly feel almost like regular underwear. Even the gusset is soft and surprisingly breathable. They’re a much more comfortable and convenient option for me than traditional pads.
The Saalt Leakproof Comfort CloudShort are so soft and comfortable. They are great for adults and would also suit teens well due to the narrow gusset. The gusset is also highly absorbent and virtually unseen beneath clothing. These will also be great for overnight wear.

I'm switching to reusable options for my period so there's less trash since I'm not buying single use products every month. I love these boyshorts for nighttime, especially on heavy nights, so that I don't have to worry about waking up and leaking on the sheets. I absolutely am obsessed with these period leak proof panties! I am excited to try. Most tampons and pads have toxic chemicals to our bodies. I use the SAALT cup currently and so does my daughter! I have never tried period panties before and I am pleasantly surprised. These are so freaking comfortable. The material is so soft. It has good stretch. It doesn’t ride up. No wedgies. I do use tampons and I wanted to use this for backup at night the first couple nights and it does work great for that. It kept me clean and dry but absorbed the leakage. The waistband doesn’t dig or rub. And they run true to size. I wear an xl and this xl fits amazing. I have a 38” waist and 42” hips.
I love that it’s ultra thin and comfortable. Super absorbent and the fact that the company donates to the less fortunate women. I honestly needed these and as a woman in my 50’s I still have periods and this came in handy! I love these shorts! The fabric is super soft, it's lightweight and breathable, and much better placement of the padding than the sleep shorts (in my opinion). I'd say skip the sleep shorts and buy more of these! I would, if I could go back!

These have been the perfect solution for my daughter who has sensory issues! She couldn’t do pads or tampons but she loves her Saalt shorts and seamless briefs. In fact she asked if saalt made non period underwear so she could wear them every day.
These things are amazing! With the heatwave and humid. I can't do pads, so these shorts are doing the work and it keeps me decently dry. Close calls but that is work where I have to sit for long periods of time. But luckily nothing bled through.
