OFFICIAL RULES: SAALT AIRBNB GETAWAY SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR The Saalt Airbnb Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Saalt, LLC, 733 S. Pioneer St, Boise, ID 83702 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins on [April, 25th, 2026] at [10 am MST] and ends on [April, 29th, 2026] at [11:59pm MST] (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER (THE POINT SYSTEM) Participants may earn points toward the random drawing through the following methods:

  • Subscribe to SMS (10 Points): Visit [Link] and sign up for Saalt SMS alerts. By signing up, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • Instagram Entry (10+ Points): Follow @Saalt on Instagram and follow entry instructions on the giveaway post shared April, 25th, 2026.
  • Use Discount Code at Checkout (20 Points): Complete a purchase at Saalt.com using code SUMMER20 during the Sweepstakes Period.
  • Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter earn the maximum number of entries without purchase or SMS sign-up, hand-print your full name, mailing address, and email address on a 3x5 inch card and mail it in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to: Saalt, LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry, 733 S. Pioneer St, Boise, ID 83702. Each mail-in entry will receive the number of points equal to the maximum number of entries available through paid/action-based methods.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS On or about April 30th, 2025, Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

6. PRIZES Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $500 Airbnb Gift Card. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,500. Restrictions: Airbnb is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes. Gift cards are subject to Airbnb’s terms and conditions. No cash substitution or transfer of prize is permitted.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION Potential winners will be notified via [Email/Instagram DM]. Potential winners must respond within 72 hours of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond within this timeframe, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. TAXES Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes. As the prize value is $500, Sponsor is not required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC unless the winner has won other prizes from Sponsor totaling $600 or more in the same calendar year.

9. PUBLICITY AND PRIVACY By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://saalt.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out.

10. RELEASE, JURISDICTION, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By participating, you release Sponsor, Instagram, and Airbnb from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boise, Idaho.

11. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION (THE “RIGHT TO CANCEL”) Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may award the prizes via random drawing from all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

12. WINNERS LIST To receive the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Saalt, Attn: Sweepstakes Winners List, 733 S. Pioneer St, Boise, ID 83702 within 30 days of the end of the Sweepstakes.
