After use, rinse your Saalt Wear leakproof underwear in cold water to help avoid staining. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably in a Saalt Mesh Laundry Bag intended for delicates. You can use detergent but pass on the fabric softener, bleach, or iron to protect the tech. Proudly hang dry—energy efficient and free. We recommend avoiding putting Saalt Wear in the dryer, as high temperatures can degrade the elastics and fabric over time.

My periods have been monsters. Day 2 and 3 are crazy. I have a hard time feeling "normal". No matter the pads I'm wearing, I always feel like I have to be close to a bathroom on those days and nights are even worse.
But with these briefs, my stress level goes way down. I can rely on them. I can plan things again. They are so cozy and I just want to cry because they make my life easier. I will be buying more. Definitely.
I was using a high waisted pair of thinx and they just didn’t fit my body the way that I needed them to. I decided I wanted to try something different so I tried SAALT. Ordered just a couple pairs to start, one brief and one bikini in a low rise.
I tend to like the underwear to sit higher on my hips but I also prefer full coverage of my bottom. So I decided the briefs were what I would order more of but definitely will keep the bikinis.
These are so soft, stretchy, and breathable and I don’t feel like I’m fighting them to fit me the way I need which is great! I can get through my day and don’t feel like I’m wearing a diaper!
I purchased the Cotton Leakproof Briefs (Heavy absorbency). On my heaviest days, I either wear a tampon with them, or change more often (every 4-6 hours). I usually have 3 heavy days and 3 medium/light days; 6-8 hrs on lighter days when using these alone. At night I still wear a heavy pad, just in case, but then have this as extra protection. So far I haven't had any leaks.
I'd eventually like to get more! They are so soft and comfortable.
These work better than I ever anticipated! They’re so soft and comfortable, and even with heavy bleeding (my periods have definitely gotten more intense in my 30’s), they never leaked!
I have four different styles of Saalt underwear and these are my favorite hands down. They feel great on, so soft! The plum color is also really pretty.

Put on some weight so I had to order a new pair and I still live them just as much. I wear them as back now with my cup as I tend to have some leaking issues on day 1 of my period.
Sooooo soft and comfortable!! The cotton brief is by far my favorite fit from Saalt. I use it either solo or in combination with the disc. The second my period comes on I reach for these right away. Keeps me dry and knowing through my day or sleeping through the night.

These are the best cycle panties I have tried so far. They feel the most normal, not like wearing a diaper or having a huge seam right across your cheeks.
I would say I have a fairly regular flow nothing super heavy but I literally can't even tell and never feel wet. I can wear them all day and I don't get cramps like I do with a tampon.
They actually also work great for those times when you sneeze or laugh too hard and a little drizzle comes out LOL. I don't worry that it's going to come out onto my pants.
I didn't experience any wedges which I very much appreciate and they don't look like giant granny panties.

Obsessed with these!! I was looking for something overnight to replace the pads I was using. Even on my heaviest days, these keep me dry and leak-free through the night, and during the day, I use them as a backup with a tampon. They are so soft, and their colors are adorable. I've had them for a few months now, and after multiple washes, they hold up well. No more granny panties for me. Never going back! I just got 5 more pairs of various Saalt models to try, and I hope I love them as much as I love these.

I started my Saalt journey with the bikinis, but I like these more for how much more secure they feel. I would say they run a little big, but I am very happy with them so far.

Fit true to size , wash well and they keep you dry
I was very happy with the absorbency on these compared to other brands that I have tried. They lasted four hours without leaks and did a good job absorbing the blood rather than it sitting on top, even with clotting/flooding.
