After use, rinse your Saalt Wear leakproof underwear in cold water to help avoid staining. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably in a Saalt Mesh Laundry Bag intended for delicates. You can use detergent but pass on the fabric softener, bleach, or iron to protect the tech. Proudly hang dry—energy efficient and free. We recommend avoiding putting Saalt Wear in the dryer, as high temperatures can degrade the elastics and fabric over time.

Bust Measurement: Wearing a bra with no padding (preferably with an underwire to give the needed lift), measure around the fullest part of your bust. Round the measurement to the nearest inch.

When it comes to period underwear Saalt brand is the way to go. I've tried others and while they worked for being leak free the other brands haven't developed a product that leaves you feeling fresh. Somehow these panties keep you feeling dry and fresh while others make you feel stuffy with no air flow. I do feel they are a little over priced but I try to find them on sale. Also with these specific ones I bought a large (after reading reviews) and they fit perfectly. I usually wear a medium in underwear and a size 4 in pants.

I do think the thongs run small because I usually wear a S, but the M is very snug. I recall this is stated on their product description, so I appreciate them adding that as I can see myself returning/exchanging the S as that's what I would've gotten. Fits well, doesn't even feel like period underwear with how thin the absorbent area is. My flow is so light, I've never had leaks, I do think Saalt Wear can definitely stand up to heavier flows but can't speak to that personally.

Great period panties! I've used another brand before Saalt and they were much thicker and less comfortable in the gusset. Saalt manages to actually still be close to my 'barely there' regular panties/thongs under clothes, even workout leggings, without bunching or riding up uncomfortably.
