"This was my first time using a product that wasnt pads or tampons, & i really love it!! i was hesitant bc of how many women said they had a hard time using it & was messy. I did wait about 3 1/2 weeks for my package but i became impatient so i emailed them and asked to cancel the order. however, customer service informed me they are a small business & had an increase in volume (women owned & led) which is why my order took a little longer, so they threw in a free period underwear as compensation, are you kidding!? i wasnt aware of this information, & gladly kept my order. I even ordered my sister a kit. i love women & being one"

Wow…just wow

"I’ve always used tampons/pads for periods but decided recently to try making a switch. Did a lot of research and so thankful to have found Saalt. I cannot believe how simple and easy everything is thanks to these discs. Were it not for bloating and period cramps, I would have forgotten I was on my period! A little bit of a learning curve, but no leaks and super comfortable. So glad to have made the switch!"

Not getting it

"This is first time using a disc. Ive tried like more than 10 times in a day, take out and reinsert, this process is so uncomfortable. . . but its still leaking? it got out of place again every time i pee/poo. Its a whole mess, i hope i really don't give up."

Major Game Changer

Extremely disappointing experience.

"My order was supposed to arrive on April 13, but the tracking has been frozen in the Netherlands since April 6. Today is April 24, and after 11 days of delay, I still have no package, no explanation, and no resolution. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of effective customer support. Instead of taking responsibility for a lost international shipment, the company leaves the customer to deal with the problem alone. For a company selling internationally, this level of service is unacceptable. Reliable delivery and proper customer care should be basic standards, yet neither has been provided here. I am now forced to request a refund through my bank because the company has failed to deliver the order or offer any meaningful assistance. Based on this experience, I would not trust this company again and would strongly discourage others from ordering, at least from Europe."
