Could be better for the price
"Usually works great and stay dry, but for those moments when my flow is increased from standing up after sitting/laying down for awhile or it just happens to be a heavier moment, I often leak to the sides because of how small/thin the absorbent part is in the middle. I also definitely find the material to be pretty rough for something you'd want to wear on your period and wish there was a less high waisted version to allow for period tummy freedom!"

Customer Service was Great!
"Purchased a cup at Walgreens and ended up not loving the sizing. I reached out with my receipt and customer support was able to help me find a different size cup and get it ordered at no cost. Best customer service I have received in a long time! Loving the new cup. Looking to try a disk as well and will defintely being going back to the Saalt brand for the disk purchase."

Never Got It AND Never Heard Back From Customer Support
"Unhappy and very disappointed. I reached out twice to fix a shipping error (within 10 minutes of submitting my order) and never heard back from customer support. Not only did I not receive my package, but no one bothered to respond to me. Your website says you reply within a few business days at most. It's been 2 months. While I can't comment on the product (as I haven't tried it), I can say I'm very irritated at the lack of customer support. I will never buy from this company again."

"I ordered both the sleep shorts and a pair of regular period panties. Both are great. No leaks, no worries. Wish they were machine washable, but hand washing them hasn't been a big deal. Will order more."

"After having my IUD and Tubes taken, my periods have been beyond heavy. I’m leaking multiple times per day and going through a tampon every 1. 5 hours. Based on friends recommendations I got the cup. Life changing! I love it, no spills or leaks. Easy, pain free and worry free. Could not be happier. Already falling apart after two months

"These undies are so fantastic. I had a long trip coming up that was going to be during my period, so I packed half Saalt and half regular undies-I ended up wearing the Saalt almost every day just because they are so comfy, and omg especially on travel days-I always end up with swampass, and not even. I could live in these."
