After use, rinse your Saalt Wear leakproof underwear in cold water to help avoid staining. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably in a Saalt Mesh Laundry Bag intended for delicates. You can use detergent but pass on the fabric softener, bleach, or iron to protect the tech. Proudly hang dry—energy efficient and free. We recommend avoiding putting Saalt Wear in the dryer, as high temperatures can degrade the elastics and fabric over time.

Bust Measurement: Wearing a bra with no padding (preferably with an underwire to give the needed lift), measure around the fullest part of your bust. Round the measurement to the nearest inch.

Bought this for my post partum friend. She used this as backup with a regular pad and underwear and told me she loves it. Now that she is one month post partum, she is wearing just this alone. Purchased size 2XL and that seemed to be the perfect size for post partum mothers.

Incredibly comfortable! I hardly notice I’m wearing period underwear at all. I did notice some leakage when wearing it to sleep on my heaviest day, but worked great the other days.
It felt like I was wearing regular underwear! So comfortable and most of all I just felt dry. It was as if my period wasn’t even on. Washing was very easy as well. I will be purchasing many more.
I am an older woman who sometimes might tinkle a bit on the way. That is why I purchased these lovely pants. More comfortable than diapers. I only have a bit of a problem so these work for me.
Super comfortable. I did have some leakage on the inner thigh area but I do have 2 nights of heavy bleeding per cycle so for regular period sleep this is perfect.
these are by far the most comfortable, thinnest, and absorbent period underwear I have tried. I have several pairs of different styles and found that this style falls a little short. Where it fell short for me was the width of the absorbent pad. With this style specifically, I find that it no matter the length of time these are worn, bleed over always occurs due to the width coverage. I would not buy this specific style for me again

I love my Cotton Sleep Shorts. I love the light purple (Thistle Bloom) and dusty pink (Pink Dawn) colors. The colors and comfy fit make me excited to wear them! I would probably size down if you plan to sleep in them so that they don't slip around too much while you sleep. Highly recommend.

This isn't my first time purchasing saalt. I stopped wearing pads and tampons about 3 years ago because of saalt products and its been great. I love the leak proof Night time underwear because I tend to be heavy the first 3-4 days of my period. Its been a game changer for me. I will say I kinda wish the gusset was a bit wider. I may just need to go up a size though. Still one of the best purchases I've made.

So comfortable I thought it was going to feel like a diaper. I prefer sleeping in boxers and now I don't have to wear pads in case of leaking.
Honestly I haven't experienced any leaks since using the disc but I am wearing these at night just in case.
I ordered a size medium. I wear a 27 in jeans and a small/medium in certain pants and underwear. 140lbs and 5'8.

Actually cute! Sleeping on my period has always been stressful, but the coverage this apparel offers is unparalleled!! Instructions not needed! And they are machine washable!! I'll provably order another pair!
These are my favorite pair. Super comfortable. I will say that my other boy short heavy period ones soaked up more. It seems like this one could have the liner go to the edge (right left) to prevent leakage.

I'm extremely particular about what I put on my body, especially when it comes to underwear, so I don't say this lightly.
The organic cotton boyshorts from SAALT are genuinely great. The fit is exceptional. They're soft, flattering, and actually feel like real underwear, not a bulky "period product. "
That alone already sets them apart.
When I first received them, I had doubts. The gusset looked thinner on the sides than what I was used to, and I honestly questioned whether they could handle a full night, especially on heavier days. I was concerned it would leak on the sides.
But they proved me wrong.
I've worn them completely on their own, no cup, no backup, just free bleeding into them, and they've held up through my heaviest nights without leaking.
For context, my flow not super heavy in general. Still, I was impressed by how well they performed given how lightweight they feel.
Most period underwear feels thick and diaper-like. These don't. They're noticeably thinner, which makes them far more comfortable for sleeping and just overall more wearable.
I bought three pairs specifically for nights, which ended up being the perfect amount. By night three, I don't really need that level of absorbency, but I like having the option.
I also appreciate that the main fabric is organic cotton. Yes, the gusset contains other materials, which is necessary for absorbency, and I'm willing to make that tradeoff because the overall feel and performance are worth it.
I've tried multiple brands, and at this point, I've built out a full rotation in different absorbencies with SAALT because they were my fave.
They've replaced almost everything else for me.
If you're someone who values comfort, simplicity, and letting your body just do its thing without overcomplicating it, these are absolutely worth it.

So I love these. These are so comfortable and soft and cute, I cant even tell I'm wearing them. And yes they're completely leak proof. I work 48 hour shifts on an ambulance, and yes I change them every 12 hours, but my point is, if they work for me at work, they will work for you.

These just made my periods so much more comfortable. I have a typical medium flow but would leak at night every month without fail. The shorts create a better seal than normal underwear so I now have no leaks, but the fabric isn't too thick or constricting either. I especially love that the waistband is a good fit without being too tight, since my stomach is extra sensitive when having cramps. You can tell by looking at the fabric that it can withstand heavy flows, and that gives me peace of mind. I'd highly recommend this if you want a more comfortable and sustainable way to live with your period and prevent any leaks.
Definitely a bit pricey but I think totally worth it! My favorite cut of Saalts that I've tried. Fits the best and most true to size, not at all saggy and for being a super absorbancy, it really isn't too bulky and still manages to be pretty cute.
I've tried a bunch of brands and while I do like others as well as Saalt, this one is the most comfortable. Keeps you much more dry and the cotton fabric helps you forget you're not wearing regular underwear.
