Care Instructions
After use, rinse your Saalt Wear leakproof underwear in cold water to help avoid staining. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably in a Saalt Mesh Laundry Bag intended for delicates. You can use detergent but pass on the fabric softener, bleach, or iron to protect the tech. Proudly hang dry—energy efficient and free. We recommend avoiding putting Saalt Wear in the dryer, as high temperatures can degrade the elastics and fabric over time.

Bust Measurement: Wearing a bra with no padding (preferably with an underwire to give the needed lift), measure around the fullest part of your bust. Round the measurement to the nearest inch.

These teen period panties are thes best underwear to have for a new or heavy flow on period. They provide extra support in thick absorbing underwear. Perfection.
Love these period panties! I originally got a pair for myself and then I loved them SO MUCH I got my teenage daughter a pair. I love that it’s a natural alternative to all the chemical filled pads and tampons that are readily available. I absolutely love that they donate a pair to a young woman in need when you buy a pair! I'm so glad that I asked for a different cup and it really does fit me I feel no more worries about leaking and the experience with the cup is going great I hope it becomes a better option
I got a cup because I was tired of how gross using pads were. I hated how it felt sitting in my period blood all day! With the cup I love how you can put it in and basically forget about it the rest of the day, and it feels way cleaner, and there's no smell!
When I first got the cup I honestly had a little trouble inserting it, because I was nervous and a little intimidated. But once I was able to get myself relaxed and comfortable it was super easy to insert, and way more comfortable that a pad!
After that first time wearing it overnight I had a bit of trouble getting the cup back out because I have a high cervix and the cup moved a bit further up while I was asleep. I found that it's helpful for me to beat down as I tried to get it out.
Overall, once I got the hang of it, pulling out and reinserting the cup became a fairly quick and simple process! Overall it's very comfortable, easy to use, and I love it!
My daughter has Down syndrome, so she is often sensitive to certain textures, but the Saalt teens period underwear is soft, comfortable, and highly absorbent. I love this product! I don't have to worry about her forgetting to change a sanitary pad anymore; she just changes her underwear and that's it.

We haven't used these as they were purchased to put in a period bag to be on standby for my kiddo. But they fit well and are cute.
This saalt cup is so awesome! I never liked pads and had a hard time using tampons so this was a game changer for me. I have to admit, I was nervous to try it and the first couple of times I used it and I had some struggles and moments of panic getting it in/out, but I promise you if you stick with it, it becomes so easy to use and is so worth it. I love that it's a sustainable period alternative and makes me not completely dread getting my period. Also, as a senior in high school, I'm excited to have found the saalt cup to make period care easier next year at college!

The regular size was a bit too big for me but the smaller fit is perfect, I use it 12 hours a day with 0 worries. Can't even feel it once it's in. 10/10!

(If you're reading this and you know me, please ask me questions!!) I was very hesitant to use a menstrual cup at first, but after doing research for probably 2 months and watching almost every video there is, I had a great experience. It worked really well, but was definitely a little difficult at first. My advice for easier insertion it to let it open up lower than you think. It's much easier to twist it open when it isn't as high up. My advice for easier removal is to break the seal, then push like you're doing a number 2. If you're hesitant, do your research and try it out. Absolutely life changing experience. (If you have a slightly heavier flow, I would recommend getting a Saalt small) Thank You, Saalt, for changing my period!!

As a first-time cup user I was a little skeptical about how easy these are to use, but I got it in right the first time and haven't had trouble removing it. I'm 5'2" and 115 lbs, so I got the teen size and I haven't had ANY leaks. I have a light/moderate flow for reference. I feel so much cleaner and I can't even feel it when it's in. Quality is great, it comes clean very easily and opens up very well.
