Care Instructions

Sanitize your cup before first use and before or after each period. You can do this by boiling your cup, wiping with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or using the Saalt Steamer or Saalt Compact Sanitizer.

During your period, you will want to clean your cup at least once every 12 hours. You can do so by rinsing the cup with cold water (to prevent staining) and then washing the cup with hot water and Saalt Wash or another wash that is mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free, oil-free, and rinses clean with no residue.

Extremely disappointing experience.

"My order was supposed to arrive on April 13, but the tracking has been frozen in the Netherlands since April 6. Today is April 24, and after 11 days of delay, I still have no package, no explanation, and no resolution. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of effective customer support. Instead of taking responsibility for a lost international shipment, the company leaves the customer to deal with the problem alone. For a company selling internationally, this level of service is unacceptable. Reliable delivery and proper customer care should be basic standards, yet neither has been provided here. I am now forced to request a refund through my bank because the company has failed to deliver the order or offer any meaningful assistance. Based on this experience, I would not trust this company again and would strongly discourage others from ordering."
