Care Instructions
Sanitize your cup before first use and before or after each period. You can do this by boiling your cup, wiping with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or using the Saalt Steamer or Saalt Compact Sanitizer.
During your period, you will want to clean your cup at least once every 12 hours. You can do so by rinsing the cup with cold water (to prevent staining) and then washing the cup with hot water and Saalt Wash or another wash that is mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free, oil-free, and rinses clean with no residue.

I recently decided it was time to buy a new one, but am a tricky case when it comes to sizing (I'm 30-something, never given birth, have a high cervix, but also suffer with painful and heavy periods, vaginismus and endometriosis), and the size guide couldn't point me in one direction or the other. I contacted customer care and they were fabulous - listening to my needs and circumstances without judgement. I ended up buying the 'Regular' size, which is bigger than what I had already, but despite my best efforts with it, it was simply too big for me. I was pleasantly surprised and excited at how much easier this made life! I was admittedly nervous about using it and thought surely it would be tricky logistically but it only took a few times of using to really get the hang of it- and then I really barely noticed it. No pain or discomfort, and there’s minimal leakage. I might need more practice with getting a good seal but by and large it contains well. I do feel like there is more of a mental hurdle to get past and it takes more work to put it into place than a tampon would, but I imagine it may feel easier and more natural over time.

I used to use another brand but I had a lot of difficulty peeing, which I found out is due to the rigidity of some cups. After some research, I landed on the saalt soft cup. I no longer having trouble peeing and it is a lot easier to use as well! I highly recommend it if you have similar problems!

The softer silicone is great! Massively prefer these to the original cups as you can't feel these softer ones as much, very comfortable and convenient, I reccomend these to everyone in my life! :)
i'm finally able to try them out since they've arrived. i started with a honey pot cup and y out can definitely feel a difference in softness and insertion. so far i am loving the cup, now to try out my disk!
